Sounds bomb.com, I know. But are you having some of those B.S. thoughts come up? Like, "But I’ve tried everything" or "I have no self-control and no motivation" or "If I let go of obsessing, I’m afraid I’ll gain weight. I need to be in control." I absolutely understand where you're coming from, because I’ve been the obsessive and the one the one with no self-control. We’re all both. Mostly, you're skeptical, confused, stuck, and it’s f*cking frustrating. You figure “why bother,” eat your Choco Taco, put on Netflix and save yourself the disappointment.
ZIP IT, GIRLFRIEND!
You can have all of that. Everyone deserves a great body. Just because it hasn’t worked yet doesn’t mean it won’t work now. (Woah!) Here’s the best part: I used to think I would have to be the dedicated gym rat and calorie counter forever if I wanted to have a body that I felt really good in. Wrong, wrong, wrong!
