Think of me as your good friend who happens to know a lot about food and weight loss, but is also out next to you having just as much fun. I love green smoothies but I would rather drink wine in bed. Sound good?


Have you ever hit your bow pose at the top of a mountain? No? Neither have I. I have no doubt it would be awesome, and if you do it – call me. But in the meantime, let’s talk about that Chipotle Burrito you just housed. We could start there and then grab a beer after yoga.

Hey, I get it. You want to lose weight, but you don’t want to give up your life for it.


You crave...

  • Waking up feeling confident in your body where you can get dressed without trying on ten different outfits.
  • The freedom from food guilt, where you can eat whatever you want without beating yourself up for it.
  • The ability to lose weight without it taking over your life so you can still meet your friends for happy hour or go to your family party without freaking out before and beating yourself up after.
  • Having the energy to get through work – and maybe even work out—without having to chug coffee and eat sugar.
  • Not thinking twice about putting on that tank and skinny jeans and running out the door because you feel sexy in anything.


You're not convinced you can have all the above. After all, you’ve tried everything and every diet and work out program promise the same dreams and they never work. Okay, so you can dream, but you just don't think you're able to have it for yourself. Not in this lifetime at least. Thoughts like, "But I’ve tried everything" or "I have no self-control and don’t want to diet anymore, maybe this is just me" or "If I let go of obsessing, I’m afraid I’ll gain weight. Obsessing keeps me in check." are running through your head. I absolutely understand where you're coming from, because I was in your exact shoes not too long ago. You're skeptical, confused, stuck, and frustrated. It's definitely not a fun place to be. Yeah...it sucks. You figure you should probably just quit and eat your Choco Taco and save yourself the unavoidable disappointment.


You can have all of that. You will have all of that (and more) if that's what you truly desire. I wouldn't be telling you that these things were possible if I hadn't done them myself. Let me be real—it's not going to magically appear before your eyes, but that doesn't mean you won't be able to get it all eventually. And I'm not talking years here either. I used to think I would have to be the dedicated gym rat and calorie counter forever if I wanted to have a body that I felt really good in. Wrong, wrong, wrong! Try months. How does that sound to you? I hope it sounds frickin' awesome, because it's so possible if you're ready to dig in and really get after it.

So how'd I do it? I had a crystal clear vision of the body and life I wanted to create for myself and I was Sasha Fierce about making it happen. I learned what my body needed, stopped listening to diet advice and worked really hard to let go of the food-guilt and body hatred that had been running the show forever. While it took a lot of self-reflection and working to change my mentality around food, the outcome physically and mentally have made it all worth it.

Now let me just spell it out once more: THIS. IS. POSSIBLE. FOR. YOU.


You must believe that you are worth it and are ready for some change. I know you're a go-getter who was ready yesterday to feel strong and sexy and free from dieting. How do I know this?
